A question arrives every morning. You both answer blind, and neither answer unlocks until both are in - so nobody is grading the other person first.

The honest bit
If they never answer, yours stays sealed. That is deliberate - it is the only mechanic where one person can leave the other waiting, and it makes the reveal mean something.
