1 · Acceptance

By creating an account or using KTL you agree to these terms.

2 · Eligibility

You must be at least [your minimum age] and able to enter a binding agreement to use KTL.

3 · Your account and your partner

KTL links two people into a shared couple. Content you add is shared with your linked partner. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

4 · Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access other couples data, or abuse, overload or interfere with the service.

5 · Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant KTL a limited licence to store and display your content so the service can work, including sharing it with your linked partner.

6 · Deletion and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes the couple for both partners. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

7 · Service provided as is

KTL is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8 · Changes and contact
